She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Claypool and Marie Claypool (McCleland); her sister Eulla Claypool; and her children-in-law, Sidney Whigham and Carol Wilson.

She is survived by: her children, Robin Claypool, Sandra Whigham and Rhonda Walker (Eric); and her grandchildren, Jason Claypool (Jaime Patterson) of Grand Island, NE, Sharonda Staten (Reese) of Georgia and Darryl Claypool. She is also survived by great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
