He is survived by: his mother Maureen Sullivan (Fertig); his wife Michelle Shaneyfelt; his children, Brittney Sullivan, Trenton Sullivan, Rylen Sullivan, Makynlei Sullivan and Barrett Sullivan; and his siblings, Todd Sullivan (Becky), Melvin Fertig, Michael Fertig and Marilyn Barnes (Joe). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
