He is survived by: his father Harold Rauscher; his wife Ann Rauscher of Lincoln; his children, John Rauscher, Kristin Viall (Dan) and Matthew Rauscher (Katie); his grandchildren, Magnolia, Samuel, Livia, Brooklyn and Jack; his great-grandparent Matthew; his brother Jon Rauscher (Cathy Duke Gilmore); his niece Elena Rauscher; and his nephew Evan Gilmore (Morgan Rutter).

Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Christ United Methodist Church (4530 A St, Lincoln, NE 68510). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Lincoln Memorial Cemetery (6700 S 14th St, Lincoln, NE 68512).
