He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Carmen Rivas, Jose Martinez and Marvin Odvody. He is survived by : his son Abraham Odvody; his father Perry Odvody; and his siblings, Samantha Odvody-Martinez, Chance Odvody, Vianey Rivas, Alexa Landeros, Aaron Odvody and Krista Odvody.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kuncl Funeral Home ~ Crete (131 W 12th St, Crete, NE 68333). A rosary was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (515 E 14th St, Crete, NE 68333).
