We bid farewell to Carolyn L. Nelson of Lincoln, Nebraska, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 12, 2025 at the age of 90. Carolyn touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elton Lux and Augusta Lux (Thaden); her husband Richard Nelson; her brothers, Ronald Lux, Stanley Lux, John Lux and Kenneth Lux; and her daughter-in-law Joyce Nelson.
She is survived by: her children, Woody Nelson, Cheryl Judds (Brett), Brian Nelson (Karen), Lincoln and Kerby Nelson (Cindy); and her sister Kathleen Parker (Don) of Table Rock, MO. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
