He was predeceased by: his father Neil Miller; his grandparents, Merl Sr., Mabel Oosting, Voyle and Janet Miller; and his cousin Meagan Brandt.
He is survived by: his mother Janet Miller (Oosting); his siblings, Jason, Nicholas Miller and Lyndsey Runge (Nathan); his nieces and nephews, Elizabeth (Elijah Rieper), Adrian Miller, Noah Miller and Mason Miller-Runge; and his great-nephew Remmington Rieper. He is also survived by numerous aunts and uncles; and many cousins.
