He is survived by: his parents, Brock Lubeck (Liz) and Sherri Bergen (Hultman); his grandmother Joan Hultman; his brother Chance Bergen (Lesley); his children, Atticus Bergen, Persephone Bergen, Thaddeus Bergen and Ophelia Bergen; his stepchildren, Gage Schmidt, Treyce Nelson and Quentin Guenther; and his stepsisters, Cheyenne Bergen and Cierra Toland. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
