Connie Deterding Obituary
We announce the death of Connie Deterding of Lincoln, Nebraska, who passed away on June 28, 2026. Connie will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her husband Don Deterding; her parents, Ed Geisert and Louise Geisert; and her siblings, Gerry Geisert (Rosemary), Eldon Geisert (Beanie) and Maxine Heitshusen (Richard).
She is survived by: her children, Matt Deterding (Theresa) and Sara Fahleson (Mark); and her grandchildren, Conor (Hannah), Mason, Samantha, Charlie Deterding, Abigail, Sophia and Grace Fahleson. She is also survived by in-laws, nieces and nephews.
Memorials, in lieu of flowers to Lincoln Lutheran or Christ Lincoln Schools.
