We are sad to announce that on April 24, 2025, at the age of 89, David Bruce Rockey of Lincoln, Nebraska, born in Hemingford, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Rockey and Alice Rockey (Planansky); his daughter Stacy; his siblings, Jim (US) and Betty (Mike Manning); and also, Hugh, Bess O'Connor (Butler) and Frank O'Connor.

He is survived by: his wife Sally O'Connor of Lincoln; his son Brian (Dawn); his grandson Gus of Lincoln; his brothers, Mike (Wendy) of Oklahoma City, OK, John (Loretta) of Harrisonville, MO and Tom (Sandy) of Olathe, KS; his sister-in-law Nellie O'Connor of Lincoln; and also, Don and Jan Egenberger of Lincoln.
