With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Delores D. Wenz of Lincoln, Nebraska, born in Edgeley, North Dakota, who passed away on January 28, 2026 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Delores shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Delores farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Gall and Luella Gall (Weidenbach); her husband Rev. Herbert Wenz; her brother Rev. Donald Gall; and her children-in-law, Gary Dorn and Debbie Knight.
She is survived by: her children, Chrystal Obbink (David), Mark Wenz (Amy MacLaughlin) and Jodi Wenz-Sudik (Derek Hutson). She is also survived by five grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.
