He was predeceased by: his parents, Lod Blazek and Helen Blazek (Raiter); his brother Rick; and his siblings-in-law, Lawrence and Reola Pelster.
He is survived by: his wife Diane; his daughters, Carrie Woodbury (Bryan) of Lincoln and Christy Avery (Jason) of Columbus; his grandchildren, Hadley, Nolan, Riley Woodbury, Harper, Beckett and Reid Avery; and his brothers, Jim Blazek (Darlene) of Lincoln, Tom Blazek (Maggie) of Lincoln and Randy Blazek (Doreen) of Valparaiso.
Interment: St. Vitus Cemetery, Touhy, 2:00 p.m.
