He is survived by: his daughters, Kristy Clarke (Jeff) of Omaha, NE and Koreen Lush (Steve) of Bellevue, NE.; his grandchildren, Michelle Pernicek (Todd) of Omaha, NE, Katy Clarke of Omaha, NE, David Clarke of Omaha, NE, Gloria Lush of Englewood, NJ and Jason Lush (Alexah) of Papillion, NE; his great grandchildren, Lily Ruth Pernicek and James Pernicek of Omaha, NE; and his grandchildren, Elora Nauman and Breelan Lush of Papillion, NE..
