She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Havel and Donna Havel (Marriott); and her sisters, Lynn Roth and Pamela Havel. She is survived by : her children, David Lee Turner Jr., Daniel Ray Turner and Dorene "Dori" Lynn West (Todd); her grandchildren, Sydney Rae Turner, Jared Lee Turner, Hailee Marie Turner, Dalton Taylor West, Tori Rain West and Dawson Tyler West; and her siblings, Jack Havel (Shirley), Fred Havel, Boni Hoss (Havel), Larry (Shannon Vlasnik) and Willie (Roni Vlasnik). She is also survived by nieces & nephews and dear friends.
