She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Tombling and Laura Tombling (Gammel); her husband Merwin G. Roeder; and her brothers-in-law, Jean Swift and John Steinauer.
She is survived by: her children, Tobin (Dixie) of Kearney and Jeri Roeder Schneider (Rick) of Lincoln; her grandchildren, Adam Schneider (Mia) of Omaha, Regan Schneider (Haeden) of Lincoln and Rylee Schneider (Steven) of Yankton; her sister Shirley Swift of Lincoln; her sister-in-law Letha Steinauer of Mason City, Iowa; her nieces, Louayne Hoback, Tracy Thomsen and Kerry Balk; and her nephew Tim Steinauer (Monica). She is also survived by seven step-grandchildren.
