He was predeceased by: his parents, Thaine Myers and Alice Myers; and his wife Lynda Myers. He is survived by: his children, Kelli Cohen of Arlington Heights, IL, Chi H. Lam (John Moss) of Kingston, OK, Robin Brinkman (Jim) of Omaha, NE and Michael Myers of Providence; his grandchildren, Andrew Brinkman (Lindsey), Ashley Shub (Eric), Ross Jackson (Heaven), Joshua Cohen and Katherine Cohen-Ruiz (Kevin); and his great grandchildren, Nolan and Aaryn Shub.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be donated to St. Matthew's Episcopal Church or Capital Humane Society.
