He is survived by: his wife Myrna Pietsch; his children, Angela Sjuts (John) of Lincoln, Leigh Borgman (Steve) of Wilcox, Elizabeth Bauer of Lincoln, Joseph Bauer (Sara) of Fremont and Chuck Bauer (Keena) of Omaha; his siblings, Donna Harrenstein (Larry) of Doniphan and Vernon Bauer of Grand Island; and his sister-in-law Fern Bauer. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, spouses and great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews other family members and friends.
