He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Foy and Eloise Foy. He is survived by: his brothers, John and Paul; his daughters, Becky, Stacy and Cindy; and his wife Kathy. He is also survived by his three daughters, his brothers, and his eleven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
A rosary will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the St. John's Catholic Church (7601 Vine St, Lincoln, NE 68505). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
