She was predeceased by: her parents, James Krajicek and Antoinette Krajicek; her husband Ernest Novotny; her brother Joseph; her sister-in-law Elsie Krajicek; her sister Elsie; and her brother-in-law Edward Havlat.
She is survived by: her children, Barb, Jerry Burklund, Don and Sandy Novotny; her grandchildren, Sean, Jill Burklund, Ryan Burklund, Angelia, Justin Myers, James, Jessica Novotny and Christopher Phares; her great grandchildren, Jackson Fowler, Izaiah Baker, Mariana Baker, Kyrie Baker, Austin Myers, Kaitlyn Myers, Dailyn Schauer and Jaxon Schauer; and her niece Maryann Bickford.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Mary and Joseph Catholic Church (637 Iver St, Valparaiso, NE 68065). A rosary will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
