He is survived by: his son Scott; his grandchildren, Amaris and Zachary of Olathe, KS; his son Jason (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Hannah and JP of Atlanta, GA.; and his brothers, Tom (Judy) of Detroit, TX and Ron (Sherry) of Corvallis Oregon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
