He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Grant and Irene Grant (Fisher); his stepfather Donald Miller; his wife Sandra Grant; his sister Katherine Whisler; his daughter Tamela Grant; and his great grandchild Ethan Huckeba.

He is survived by: his daughter Crystal Prewett (Lee); his grandchildren, Andrea Truksa (Ben), Chastity VonWonder (Sarah), Ashley Greenwell and Abbey Eller (Scott); his niece Valerie Hernandez; and his nephew Jason Pence. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, cousins, extended family members, friends, and his beloved church family.
