He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur and Mary (Fensler); his son David; and his siblings, Wayne, Art, Glendora and Eileen.

He is survived by: his wife Bette; his children, Randy Headley (Deb), Judy Blake (Pat) and Scott Headley (Amy); his grandchildren, Kyle Headley (Ashton), Ty Headley, Zach Headley (Samantha) and Hannah Nosbisch (Travis); his great grandchildren, Scottie and Neleigh Headley; and his pet Coco.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be given to the Faith Lutheran School or the Faith Lutheran Building Fund.
