Though Galyn may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Galyn leaves behind.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold and Maxine; his wife Ann Mallory; his sister Marlene; and his brothers-in-law, Leslie Weatherhog and James Summers.

He is survived by: his children, Gail Prendes (Larry) and Michael Dowding (Morgan); his grandson Austin Prendes; and his sisters, Marilyn Parks of Lincoln, Beverly Emswiler (Glen) of Lincoln, Peggy Bills (Ken) of North Loop and Marica Summers of Bennet.
