He is survived by: his wife Colleen; his children, Gary Jr. (Tracey) of Shawnee, KS, Tim of Lincoln, Deb Compton (Ric) of Stevensville, MI and Tammy Hayes (Brian) of Lincoln; his grandchildren, Gary III, Robert, Elizabeth, Greta Butcher of Shawnee, KS, Mercedes, Tristan Butcher, Jared Hayes, Ty Hayes (Sierra) of Lincoln, Noah Compton of Stevensville, MI, Aaron Hayes of Portland, OR and Kyra Hayes of Kansas City, MO; his great grandchild Hudson Hayes of Lincoln; and his brother Robert 'Butch Butcher Jr. of Lincoln. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
