He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald and Sharon; his grandmother Lillian Thompson; and his uncle Roger Leak. He is survived by: his significant other Angela Orcutt of Lincoln; his children, Heather of Ohio, Stephanie (Zak) of Lincoln and Cody (Madison) of Fremont; his granddaughter Rosalee of Fremont; and his siblings, Jay Orcutt (Patty) of Ceresco, Chris Orcutt (Amy) of Grand Island, Joey Orcutt (Amanda) of Louisiana, Sherry Holmes (Brian) of Grand Island and Bobbi Moreno (Mario) of Lincoln. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wyuka Funeral Home (3600 O St, Lincoln, NE 68510). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Mennonite Church (7300 Holdrege St, Lincoln, NE 68505).
