She was predeceased by: her parents, Christian Ehlers and Ida Ehlers (Bahr). She is survived by: her husband Welden Duer; her daughter Katherine Hotovy (Ron) of David City; her granddaughters, Veronica Hotovy-Pino (Mike) of Lincoln and Rebecca Hotovy of Kearney; her children, Rev. Mark Duer of LaGrange, IL, Sarah Duer of Lincoln and Curt Duer (Stefania); her grandsons, Nico and Luca Duer; her sister-in-law Shirley Ehlers of David City; and her siblings, Harold, Chris Jr., Vern, Robert, Paul, Lilian, Mildred and Marie. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
