It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Georgia M. Hackworth in Lincoln, Nebraska, who passed away on January 4, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank J. Hruza and Mary Margaret Hruza (Korinek); her stepmother Elizabeth Hruza; her sister Darlene; her brother-in-law Vernon Russell; her brothers, Jim, Bill and Leonard (Juanita Hruza); and her brother-in-law Stanley Abrahamson.
She is survived by: her husband John Wendall "Bud" Hackworth; her sons, Larry (Cheryl Hackworth) and Lincoln; her grandson Larry Wolf (Lincoln); her siblings, Patrica Hruza, Elizabeth Busch, Rose Abrahamson, Gene (Barb Hruza), Bob (Beth Hruza) and John (Sandy Hruza); and her sister-in-law Barb Hruza. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
