It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gregory Andrew Champion of Lincoln, Nebraska, born in Ashtabula, Ohio, who passed away on October 4, 2023, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his former wife Vena Champion (Bagwell). He is survived by: his father Rev. Maurice Champion-Garthe; his wife Marybeth; his mother Elizabeth Greenshields (Sam); his children, Gregory Andrew Champion II (Drew) and Emmy Champion; his brother Chris Champion (Michelle); and his stepsister Eve Ringsmuth (Simon). He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and many extended family and friends.
