He is survived by: his parent Thomas Rathbun; his wife Sarah Hoffa Rathbun; his children, Addison Lynn and Dawson Paul; his mother Claudia Ann Rathbun (Dickinson); his siblings, Nicole (Tim Knickerbocker) and Andrew (Brande Rathbun); his niece Jada Ann Rathbun; his nephews, Carson, Bryson Knickerbocker and Nash Rathbun; his stepparents, Janice and Randy; his siblings, Jacob Hoffa, Jordan Hoffa (Sean Boyle), Josh Hastreiter (Christie Stevens) and Zach Hastreiter (Kiersten Hastreiter); his nephew Brooks Hastreiter; and his grandparents, Mae Hoffa, Lee Hastreiter, Ron and Marlene Hanson.
