He is survived by : his daughters, Suzanne Byler of Beatrice, Sherril Kilpatrick (George) of Lincoln and Marché Cepure (Paul) of Lincoln; his grandsons, Jay Kilpatrick, Nick Cepure and Zac Cepure; his step-daughters, Jody Bonneau Bell (Jeff Bell) of Naperville, IL and Nancy Worth (Greg) of Overland Park, KS; his step-grandchildren, Bailey Grover (CJ), Ella Roth (Noah), Martin Bell (Leslie) and Kevin Bell (Laila); his step-great-grandchildren, Brandon Bell, Ben Bell, Dottie Worth, Fritz Worth, Rollie Worth, Bowie Bell and Donnie Bell; and his sister Jane Cronin of Maryville, MO..

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 21st 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Butherus, Maser and Love Funeral Home (4040 A St, Lincoln, NE 68510). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 22nd 2023 at 11:00 AM at the Eastridge Presbyterian Church (1135 Eastridge Dr, Lincoln, NE 68510). A graveside service was held on Friday, September 22nd 2023 at 1:30 PM at the Wyuka Cemetery (3600 O St, Lincoln, NE 68510).
