She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Crook and Ana Crook (Chaloupka); her husband Dick (Dick); and her sister Darlene Schafer. She is survived by: her daughter Shelley Pratt (Tim); and her sibling's children, Sharon Crosier (Bill) and Wayne Schafer (Peggy). She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
