We are sad to announce that, on February 1, 2023, at the age of 73, Jalaine Ackerman-Schrage of Lincoln, Nebraska, born in Elgin, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Ackerman and Dorothy Ackerman (McBride); her brother Richard Ackerman; her father-in-law Ray Schrage; and her pets, Rocky and Peanut.
She is survived by: her husband Calvin; her children, Brian, Jackie, Scott, Travis Goracke of Tecumseh, Jennifer Schrage of Ceresco, Aaron Schrage of Missouri and Michele Walker of Minnesota; her grandchildren, Tyler, Cole, Trevor, Gwendalyn, Austin and Maxwell; her sister Betty (Doug Vest); and her brother-in-law Tim (Karen Schrage). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
