He was predeceased by: his parents, John R Baylor and Mary Forbes Baylor (Colt). He is survived by: his son Jamie Willcuts of Valentine, NE; and his siblings, Oliver Haeffely, Catherine Haeffely, Georgia Bullitt of New York, NY, Charles Baylor of Topeka, KS and John Baylor of Lincoln, NE.
