He was predeceased by: his parents, Heiko Cooper and Adah Cooper; his sisters, Juniece Willeford and Marilyn TenHulzen; and his son-in-law Forrest DeVries.
He is survived by: his wife Delores; and his children, Robin, Steve (Teresa), Teresa, Bev (Leo) and Leo. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and many extended family members and dear friends.
Memorials will be donated to the Norris Softball Fountain.
