He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Kreifels and Helen Kreifels (Heng); his wife Patricia Strizek; his daughter-in-law Nancy Kreifels; and his great grandchild Rudy Kreifels.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Kreifels (Barb), Doug Kreifels (Michelle), Bob Kreifels (Mark), Jeff Kreifels (Heide), Julie Pfingsten (Robert), Jane Bauer (Mark) and Christine Arndt (Tony); his grandchildren, Amanda Boyter, Megan Zuerlein, Justin, Jordan, Alex, Austin and Dylan Kreifels; his children, Jackson, Joshua Bauer, Kyle Pfingsten, Kaylee Butler, Mallory and Ayden Arndt; and his siblings-in-law, Dan Strizek (Marde), Norman Strizek, Jeri Froschheiser and Patty Kreifels. He is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
A rosary will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 7:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church (1940 S 77th St, Lincoln, NE 68506). Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the St Joseph Catholic Church (1940 S 77th St, Lincoln, NE 68506). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (1940 S 77th St, Lincoln, NE 68506).
