He is survived by: his wife Kathryn "Elaine" Woodward of Long Beach, CA.; his children, Michele Loecken (Kevin) of Plymouth, MN and Michael Penn (Michelle) of Lincoln, NE; and his grandchildren, Andrea Leafblad (Peter), Matthew Loecken (Katie), Eric Loecken, Ethan Penn, Davis Penn and Avery Penn.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the First Free Church (3280 S 84th St, Lincoln, NE 68506).
