He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Sveen and Marcene Sveen (Jacobs); his brother Michael; his brother-in-law Brad Angelos; and his great-niece Charlie.
He is survived by: his wife Melissa; his children, Jared Sveen (Leah) of Lincoln, Stephanie Hansen (Will) of Elkhorn and Daniel Sveen (Stacy) of Lincoln; his grandchildren, Emery, Leighton Sveen, Gavin, Camryn Hansen, Braxton, Beckham and Blake Sveen; his sisters, Jodie Kusek (Ed), Jean Wold (Randy), Joan Kurus (John) and Julie Sveen; his siblings-in-law, Evelyn Angelos, Melanie Angelos and Brock Angelos (Amy); and his nieces and nephews, Adam, Alex, Noah, Nick, Katie, Amanda, Adrianne, Hailey, Allison and Adrienne.
