She was predeceased by: her parents, George Mentgen and Florence Mentgen; her husband Vernon; her siblings, Louis, Pat, Marcella, George and Gary; and her grandsons, Douglas Leach and James Shumaker Jr..
She is survived by: her sisters, Barbara Reedy (Kenneth) and Virginia Hendricks; and her children, Susan Wright (David), James Shumaker Sr., Mike Shumaker (Leesa), Cathy Wright (Jerry) and Shelly Dodds. She is also survived by her many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews.
