He is survived by: his mother Mary Yvonne Christopher; his wife Hope Hromas-McDonald of Lincoln; his children, Jordan McDonald (Anna), Jocelyn Layne, Jervon McDonald (Kayla), Jayric McDonald, Julian McDonald, Derek Saltzman and Taylor Schildt (Kendra); his grandchildren, Malachi Moody and Merrek Saltzman; his brothers, Derrick Thompson (Daisy) and Jay McDonald; his nieces and nephews, Derrick and Sharika Thompson; his mother-in-law Judy Hromas; his sisters-in-law, Janene Welniak (Rick) and Lori Porter (Mick); his niece Julie Kerney; Mike Kerney (Tanya). He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
