He was predeceased by: his fathers, Paul E. Johnson and William "Bill"; his siblings, Cynthia Johnson, Charles E. and Donald "Donnie" Modlin; his brother-in-law Keith Magill; his nephew Justin Magill; his nephew-in-law Nick Garritson; and his great-niece Sierra Wilcox.
He is survived by: his significant other Marcy Lucht of Lincoln; his son Jerrod Altevogt; his grandchildren, Tyson and Alexis of Lincoln; his son Kaleb Altevogt (Kelsey); his grandchildren, Kamden and Karsyn of Norfolk; his daughter Sydney Johnson; his grandson Bobby; his siblings, Janice Magill of Tekamah, NE, Kim Ford (Dean) of Thorsby, AL, Lorri Steffen (Donavon) of Sunrise Beach, MO and Mark Johnson (Sylvia) of Tekamah; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Johnson of Oakland, NE and Judy Modlin of Craig. He is also survived by his siblings and friends as the animal.
