He was predeceased by: his parents, James Price and Marguerite Price; his sister Carol Cannito; his granddaughter Amber Overman; his nephew Kerry Mills; his son-in-law Rodney Minzel; and his grandson Stephen Beckler.

He is survived by: his wife Sharon Price; his children, Tammy Miller (Mick), Tina Drake, Tracy Minzel, Larry Gilleland, Tanya Beckler (Steve), Adam Gilleland, Shelly Price and Marty Price; and his brother Jack Price (Patty). He is also survived by many grandchildren, many great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
