He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Edward Weyer and Rosalie La Vonne Arp; his sister Sandra Vosta; and his brother-in-law George Welter. He is survived by: his siblings, Timothy Weyer, Thomas Weyer and Kimberly Horlivy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as many grandnieces and grandnephews.
