Jessamine F. Draper Ross Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jessamine F. Draper Ross (Lincoln, Nebraska), born in Ord, Nebraska, who passed away on November 11, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth Draper; her cousin Janis (Jess); her mother Fern Draper Trunkenbolz; her stepfather Bill Trunkenbolz; her in-laws, George and Elizabeth Dering Ross; her husband Harold G. Ross; her brothers, Charles Draper (Peggy) and Gene Draper (Helen); her brother-in-law Millard Ross; and her granddaughter Elizabeth Fern McKinney.

She is survived by: her fathers-in-law, Kenneth and Earl; her sister-in-law Laura Ross of Overland Park, KS.; her daughters, Kathy Keasling (Bob) of Omaha, NE, Jenny Cardwell (Tom) of Lincoln, NE, Rebecca McKinney (Tom) of Eloy, AZ and Bobbie Wilson (Tom) of Lincoln, NE.; her grandchildren, Jeff Keasling (Becky Niiya) of Gretna, NE, Daniel Cardwell (Jamie Gemmell) of Lincoln, NE, Laura Ames (William McKinney) of Fargo, ND and Christoper McKinney (Jonathan McKinney) of Martinez, CA; and her great grandchildren, Jenna, Allison Keasling, Max, Zack Niiya, Noah Cardwell, Addison, Grayson Gemmell, Xavier, Grady, Ellery, Tilden Ames, Annabelle and Lia McKinney.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Northeast United Church of Christ (6200 Adams St, Lincoln, NE 68507).
