He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Shook and Ida Shook; and his wife Rose Shook (Miller). He is survived by: his children, Diane Hetherington, Janet Johnson, Jim Shook and Chuck Shook. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren & great great grandchildren.
