It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Robert Schupbach of Lincoln, Nebraska, who passed away on February 22, 2026, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Schupbach and Phyllis Schupbach; and his brother Neal. He is survived by: his wife Kay Schupbach; his daughters, Amy Ostermeyer (Jay), Libby Schupbach Oliver and Meg Schupbach; his grandchildren, Drew, Sophie Ostermeyer and Davis Oliver; and his brothers, Chris Schupbach (Nancy) and Phillip Schupbach (Miyoung). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Jane Snyder Trail Center (250 N 21st St, Lincoln, NE 68503).
