He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kubicek and Lois Kubicek (Moffatt); his nephew Kevin Coffey; and his sister-in-law Cheryl Kubicek. He is survived by: his close friend Maureen Hutfless; his siblings, David Kubicek and Maxine Coffey (Ray); his nephews, Christopher Coffey (Amy) and Sean Kubicek; and his great-nieces, Violet Coffey and Willow Coffey.
