She is survived by: her nephews, Gary Shook and Dustin Shook; her daughter Stephanie Holmes of Mesa, AZ; her siblings, Jay (Tammy Shook), Lincoln, Judy Shook, Jerry Shook and Jenny Shook (Justin Lovell); and her aunts and uncles, Tom O'Dell, Ron O'Dell, Sharon O'Dell, Debby O'Dell, Karen O'Dell, Margie O'Dell and Tom Sampson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
