She is survived by: her husband Roger; her children, Greg Vlasnik (Dineen) and Amy Vlasnik (Scott Clayton); her stepdaughters, Lori Brown (Darren) and Traci Petersen (Hossein Tavana); her grandchildren, Aaron Vlasnik (Kim), Joel Vlasnik (Amber), Ryan Rudsinski (Lindsey), Trevor Rudsinski (Calli), Rachel Brown and Brandon Brown; her great grandchildren, Avery, Hazel, Jaxon and Clark; and her siblings, Polly Russell and Jon Kobel.
Memorials may be given to Southgate United Methodist Church or Madonna Rehab Hospital.
