With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kathleen Nider (Lincoln, Nebraska), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 18, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Heidemann and Eunice Heidemann (Chirnside); her husband Jack Nider; her son Rick Nider; her siblings, Orlynn Heidemann, Eloyde Mueller, Loretta Ruhnke, Joan Heidemann, Lee Heidemann, Donald Heidemann and Douglas Heidemann; and her sisters-in-law, Donna Kruse and Connie Grummert.
She is survived by: her daughters, Becky Foster (Randy), Debbie Thomas (Jeff), Karen Border (Chris) and Dawn Jones (Curt); her grandchildren, Jerris Nider (Misty), Jason Nider (Dawn), Jamie Egr (Brian), Elizabeth Davis (Jason), Taylor Foster (Linda), Jordon Thomas (Hannah), Ashlyn Damian (Chris), Nolan Border (Mikayla), Lauryn Jensen, Breck Jensen and Kasey Jones; her great grandchildren, Korban, Karter, Kenlee, Michael, Owen, Cash, Azlan, Charlotte, Nova, Jace, Ivey, Opheila and June; her brothers, Howard Heidemann (Linda) and Robert Heidemann (Nancy); and her siblings-in-law, Joann Heidemann, Joyce Heidemann, Susie Heidemann and Larry Nider (Jane). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
