She was predeceased by: her father Harold Austin; her husband Robert L. Palmquist; and her sister Norma Jean Austin. She is survived by: her sons, Jon (Cheryl) of Wymore, Ron (Joan) of Lincoln and Dan (Jolene) of Elkhorn, Nebraska; and her grandchildren, Joel, Jennifer Kroger (Jordan), Christopher, Andy (Esmeralda), Mark, Ryan (Terra), Alex (Katie) and Ashley Maloley (Peter). She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Memorials are suggested to the Tabitha Hospice Fund in Lincoln, Nebraska.
