She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry; and her sisters, Carol Yoakum and Jeanne Mahoney. She is survived by: her children, Ann Herbener (Dave), Brian Nehe (Lisa), Kris Kuehn (Vern) and Mike Nehe (Cindy); her grandchildren, Matthew Nehe, Adam, Jake, Morgan Herbener, Ryan, Justin Kuehn, Colin and Emma Nehe; her great grandchildren, Brynlee Nehe, Frank, Olivia Herbener and Caroline Kuehn; her siblings, Jerry Mahoney (Diane) and Margaret Samide (Mike); and her sisters-in-law, Nancy Krueger and Mary Lee.
A rosary was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Butherus, Maser & Love Funeral Home (4040 A St, Lincoln, NE 68510). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St John the Apostle Catholic Church (7601 Vine St, Lincoln, NE 68505).
